Automatic labelling

With the help of subcontracting, we are able to integrate the labelling equipment into the conveyor system for applying labels to the boxes without human intervention. Products are detected by sensors or camera systems to ensure accurate positioning and timing of label application. The labelling head applies the label to the product and can be equipped with a printer to print variable information.

A control system coordinates the operation of the conveyor, sensors and labeler to ensure that the label is applied correctly. This process is used, for example, to print courier labels for shipping.
