Project design

Before we start designing your conveyor system, we will thoroughly discuss all your needs and requirements with you. We need to know the spatial layout, a description of the processes taking place on the conveyors, the type and size of items being transported and the required capacity of the system.

Based on this information, we will create a technical solution for the conveyor system that is precisely tailored to your individual needs, with an emphasis on maximum cost-effectiveness. The design will include a simplified 3D model of the conveyors.

We will discuss this design with you in detail and together we will modify it to fully meet your expectations and requirements. Once the technical solution and design is complete, we will prepare a quotation for you.

Detailed construction

Once the quotation and design have been approved, we move on to the detailed design of your conveyor system. We will create a detailed 3D model of the entire system that can be integrated into your building drawing if required. This step allows us to identify and resolve any potential conflicts with utilities, access roads or other technologies.

Our design department works with the latest tools from Autodesk (Inventor Professional, Factory Suite and AutoCad).

Before production begins, we will send you the final conveyor system layout for approval to ensure everything is exactly as you envisioned.

Production
and internal assembly

The production of our conveyor systems takes place partly in our own production facilities, where we have full control over quality, and partly with our carefully selected cooperation partners who share our high standards.

Once production is complete, the conveyors are assembled and thoroughly tested at our premises to ensure trouble-free functionality. Each conveyor module is then carefully packed into transportable units and ready for dispatch.

We not only ensure professional loading, but also the safe and reliable transport of the conveyor modules to their destination so that they are ready for immediate installation.

Installation
and activation

Part of our process is the assembly and activation of the conveyor system directly at the customer's site. Based on the drawing documentation, we assemble the conveyor system including all accessories.

After the electrical connection, we carry out a step-by-step recovery and testing of the individual parts and then the entire system in a test run. This step ensures that the conveyors operate flawlessly and meet all required standards and specifications.

and post-warranty
service

We offer our customers not only warranty service, but also comprehensive post-warranty support. In this way, we provide you with reliable assistance for the entire period of use of our conveyor systems.

Our services include regular maintenance, repairs and expert advice, allowing you to keep your equipment in perfect condition and maximise its performance. With us, you can be sure that your investment in our solutions is protected even after the warranty period has expired.
